Very good, but how about some pictures of Ms. Rush? I'd like to see at least one of her on the bridge of the Galactica, one each from whatever shows/films that she's been in, and one of her, as herself, as she is today.

Dear Ms. Rush,
Sorry to hear about the loss of your home. I currently have some major problems of my own, so I know that sometimes it's hard to feel thankful, but I wish you a happy Thanksgiving and a merry Christmas anyway. I was in my senior year of high school when "Battlestar Galactica" was on the ABC network. In spite of the production problems, etc., it was such a good show that its cancellation is proof that TV network executives do NOT make all
programming decisions on the basis of what people want to watch.
As for "Galactica 1980", it wasn't really bad, it just wasn't as good as the original series; I sometimes think of it as a series of dreams that 7 1/2-year-old Boxey had about what he might be doing when he grew up. No matter what happens with the new miniseries, I still want to see a re-union movie with as much of the original cast as possible, and I wish you the best of everything.

Veel sterkte met het verlies van jullie huis, ik ben blij dat jij en je familie er heelhuids vanaf zijn gekomen.
Als klein kind van 10 jaar oud volgde ik de sciencefiction serie Battlestar galactica en ik was er dol. Korporaal Rigel vond ik een leuk personage vooral die leuke vlechtjes in het haar.

I'm sorry jou lost jour house in the fire but I'm glad jou and jour familie are alright. When I was a little child in the age of 10 I looked at Battlestar Galactica on the Dutch television and I loved it! Flight Corporal Rigel is I nice person and I like the way she dresses her hair! Hello again! I signed the guestbook earlier this year; I periodically read the guestbook for the latest entries, and I'm still amazed how deeply an impression that Sarah and "Rigel" continue to make on so many people. I just learned about the loss of her home during the recent fires in Southern CA.--My thoughts and prayers go out to her and her family. Thanks!

I was not aware you had experienced a fire until I just read the postings here. I am a member of a volunteer fire department, so I am well aware of the devastation a fire can cause. The important thing is that no one was seriously injured... we can deal with lost items, but we cannot replace lost people.

I hate to be boring, but like most everyone else here, yeah, I had a huge crush on Rigel back in '78. And for some reason, those shots of Rigel reacting while Caprica burned were some of the most indelible TV images from my youth; they moved me, then stuck with me. As a 10-year-old, I used to make audio-tapes of each episode and play 'em over and over like music (it was a few years before we had a VCR!). Hadn't watched a single episode in 20 years, but now that I have the DVDs, I'm amazed that I can still recite a great deal of the lines. The DVDs have rekindled my interest in BG -- and brought back fond memories of my favorite character (hence my finding this website) -- and I'm so glad that I'm enjoying the shows as much as I did when I was young. I'm also very glad to hear you're still working, Sarah, as I'll keep an eye out for you (and hope to work with you some day). Happy holidays!
And as for the fire: fire, shmire. You're unhurt and you have a new baby. Rejoice!

Hello! When BG aired I was 13 and I laid on the floor in front of the TV every night it was on, and nothing else in the world existed for that hour. Today I am watching my new boxed-set DVDs, and I realized I had forgotten how much I loved the show. Even today, I can see how it was full of good entertainment and good values. Too bad so many of the actors are difficult to find informatino about on the Internet.

Sarah, thanks for being part of somethng that meant so much to me when I was young. And even now, I am realizing how much the show meant to me when I was just a kid. Not to mention, it brings a smile to my face to once again see you and the other pretty gals that all us young boys had crushes on. By the way, as I watched my new DVD-set, I was shocked to see something: I had actually forgotten your face in these 25 years, since we never saw much of Rigel, but when I watched the first DVD episode, I was stunned to realize that you looked amazingly similiar to my current girlfriend. Anyway, I wish you the best with your new child and any future endeavors and hope to see news of you and all your BG alumni in the future. After watching the DVDs, my interest in the show in rekindled and I will be looking about on the 'Net for more interesting info. Thanks again, and remember you and your costars are always fondly in the hearts of fans who were rooted to that TV every Sunday night.
